CHALET HARMONIA
For sale: Chalet Harmonia in Veysonnaz, Valais. In the heart of the 4 Vallées, the same ski area as Verbier, this three-suite chalet opens through its terraces onto the Rhône Valley. For the first time, Craft & Concept is offering for sale a chalet it has imagined and designed: an Alpine residence for those who seek privacy, silence and architecture that makes sense.
Interior surface: 203 m²
Selling surface: 301 m²
Terrace surface: 118 m²
4.5 rooms · 3 suites with private bathrooms and dressing rooms · 3 levels
Architecture
Conceived by Craft & Concept in collaboration with the studio Drozdov & Partners, the chalet rests on two contrasting logics: a natural stone base, anchored in the slope like the dry-stone walls of the Valais, and a CLT timber pavilion that is structure, solar screen and façade in one. To the west, fully glazed façades bring the panorama into every living space, while a vertical and horizontal timber lattice provides natural sun protection without obscuring the view. Facing south and west, the chalet remains shielded from view from the road.
Interior design
The ground floor is a single open space — kitchen, dining and living — turned towards the valley through floor-to-ceiling glazing. Every bedroom is designed as a suite with its own bathroom and dressing room; the lower-level suites, set into the hillside, stay naturally cool. Continuous ventilation and acoustic insulation keep the interiors quiet. Natural stone, wood and light, 4 minutes from the 4 Vallées lifts.
Location
Route du Djantin, Veysonnaz, on a sunny hillside overlooking the Rhône Valley, 17 minutes from Sion.
