ANTI PATIO

The urban structure of hilly Kharkiv, due to the difficulty of developing the slopes, allowed to keep the rural areas very close to the center. This is exactly the kind of area where the Anti Patio house is built. The terraced site is located on the eastern hillside, offering a 15-kilometer view of the city. The rugged topography forms the basis of a concise composition of three containers. On the lower terrace is a guest "container". On the upper terrace there are two more "containers" - a metal and a wooden one. The sleeping "container" rests on the slope and on the "container" of the common area. Wooden platform-terrace with an elongated rectangular pool combines cubic areas into one unit.
