Situ\u00e9 directement en bord de lac, l\u2019espace b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un emplacement privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 en premi\u00e8re ligne sur le L\u00e9man, offrant un cadre naturel inspirant pour la vie acad\u00e9mique quotidienne.<\/p>\n<p>Le design adopte une approche minimaliste contemporaine, con\u00e7ue pour garantir une utilisation \u00e0 long terme tout en offrant un environnement propre et fonctionnel aux \u00e9tudiants et au personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Le concept ext\u00e9rieur met l&rsquo;accent sur des choix de mat\u00e9riaux non conventionnels, notamment des \u00e9l\u00e9ments en m\u00e9tal galvanis\u00e9, du plastique recycl\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;aluminium brut. Ces mat\u00e9riaux conf\u00e8rent \u00e0 l&rsquo;espace un caract\u00e8re moderne tout en mettant l&rsquo;accent sur la durabilit\u00e9 et la fonctionnalit\u00e9.
